We want you to love your sewing projects, but due to the nature of digital goods and cut patterns, we offer specific return windows for physical products. Please ensure all items are in their original, unopened packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Verify that your item is a physical pattern or hardware kit purchased within the last 30 days; please note that digital PDF patterns are non-refundable.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer care team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization number and the correct shipping address.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely package the unopened patterns in their original protective sleeve to prevent damage during transit, as we cannot accept creased or used materials.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Send your package using a trackable shipping method; once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
